From June 2 to 6, 2025, the Fire University had the honor of hosting students from the Hamburg Fire Service Academy as part of their official visit to Poland.

The delegation was welcomed by the Vice-Rector for Education and Students, Col. Tomasz Zwęgliński.

During their stay, the guests had the opportunity to become acquainted with the operation of our University — they visited lecture halls, laboratories, and the Fire University's Rescue and Firefighting Unit.

As part of the program, the students also visited the Training and Innovation Center for Rescue Training Centre of the Fire University in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, where they learned about the training facilities used in the education of future fire protection officers.

During their time in Warsaw, the guests also toured our capital city under the guidance of Cadet Dominik Regus and Cadet Szymon Malinowski.

The visit confirmed the excellent cooperation between the University and the Hamburg Fire Service Academy, a partnership that has been ongoing for over 20 years and serves as an outstanding example of knowledge exchange and the building of international relations within the firefighting community.
