Visit of Professor Tatiana Chubina from the Cherkasy Institute of Fire Safety named after Heroes of Chernobyl of the National University of Civil Defense of Ukraine to the Fire University

On June 14, 2024, a meeting took place at the Fire University with Prof. Tatiana Chubina from the Cherkasy Institute of Fire Safety named after Heroes of Chernobyl of the National University of Civil Defense of Ukraine. The Rector-Commandant was represented by the Vice-Rector for Education and Students, Col. Tomasz Zwęgliński, PhD Fire Eng., prof. Fire University.

During the meeting, the existing cooperation was summarized, including the discussion of the ongoing joint implementation of a project financed by the Polish Development Aid program named “Support for the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Rescue Operations in the Face of CBRNe Threats.”

Discussions were also held regarding the expansion of cooperation and additional support possibilities for the institute in increasing the accessibility of the Fire University for Ukrainian students and postgraduate attendees, including initiating actions within the Erasmus+ program.
